A long-established local restaurant that offers seasonal ingredients from Aizu and Kitakata using local recipes with the motto of local production for local consumption.
This is a long-standing local cuisine and we are proudly particular about using all ingredients from local, in which cooked by all traditional way.
During the lunch time, we serve variation of local food, such as loin horse meat marinated in homemade sauce on the bed of rice, The local soul food "Sauce-katsudon", and "Aizu- Yamajio Ramen". During the dinner time, we serve fresh horse meat sashimi as a main dish, then other local foods, such as homemade pickled herring with Japanese peppers. There are also all kinds of branded local sake to go with our menu. There are some homemade cook as souvenirs available.
