Suehiro Kaeigura sake brewery is a long-established local sake brewery since 1850, on Japanese calendar, it is Kaei 3 in Edo era, and we have been proudly brewing local sake for over 170 years.
Once you stepped into our historical Kura (Japanese storehouse), you will feel the spirit of ""Touji"" (a manager of brewers) and ""Kurabito"" (brewers) from long time.
Suehiro Kaeigura Sake Brewery has their own pride of brewing great sake with local rice, local water, and local craftsmen from Aizu.
They will continuously brew fine local sake with their traditions and pride.

This sake was served at G20 Summit in Osaka as representing Japanese fine sake.

This is a semi-sparkling sake, which is made with two-time fermentation technique inside of a sake bottle so it includes natural carbons. The taste of this sake is sweet and it has soft and rich flavour, so it is smooth and very easy to drink.
